🔐 An NFT wallet is a crypto wallet that supports the protocol for the blockchain on which your NFT resides. Your wallet holds certain keys that allow you to interact with the blockchain (or multiple blockchains) and any NFTs or crypto associated with it.

💰 You can purchase, sell, and trade assets on the blockchain using your wallet and also store your assets offline in a secure way. Blockchains are not quite interoperable with each other (yet) so make sure that the wallet you choose can support the chain you want to interact with.

How to Set Up a MetaMask Wallet

1. Available for iOS, Android, and Web
2. Choose a web browser such as Chrome and go to https://metamask.io. Click download and then select the OS/browser you will be using.
3. Create wallet
4. Set username and password
   • Keep your password safe and use a password manager
   • No screenshots!
5. Recovery phrase: You will get a recovery phrase for your wallet. When you reveal the secret phrase you will see 12 words. VERY IMPORTANT: write these phrases on a piece of paper and keep it somewhere safe. DO NOT STORE DIGITALLY. You need the 12-word recovery phrases to recover your wallet if you lose it. This phrase allows you to recover your wallet from any device.
6. Verify your secret phrase by selecting the previously generated phrase in the order in which the words were presented to you.
